I’m doing the Great North Run this year for Epilepsy Action in memory of my lovely friend Kate Armstrong.

Kate sadly passed away following an epileptic seizure.  She was always so full of life and had such an amazing sense of humour,  she never let her epilepsy stand in her way!!  I miss laughing with her until the tears rolled down my cheeks and will always cherish the memories and laughs we shared.

Epilepsy has also affected my family with my Uncle suffering from it.  

Epilepsy Action ‘provide support and expert advice, raise awareness and fight for a better deal for people with epilepsy’ and I would be extremely grateful if anyone could spare a few pennies to sponsor me for such a good cause.  Thank you xxx
