Meg is running the Brighton Marathon!

Brighton Marathon 2021 · 12 September 2021 ·
Thank you for visiting my page!
I’m running the Brighton marathon for Sibling Support in September — encouraged by my wonderful cousin Callum Fairhurst who founded the charity. My cousin, and Callum’s brother, Liam sadly died of cancer in 2009.
Sibling Support is a charity made by siblings, for siblings. They are the UK’s only sibling specific bereavement charity and the demand for their services are growing. By donating to my marathon run you would be helping them carry out important work — from books in schools, hospices and hospitals helping children through grief, to tailored one on one counselling sessions.
Some examples of what your kind donations will do: £20 pays for a counselling session for a young person whose brother or sister has died. £5 provides 25 Sibling Support booklets to help young people through grief. £10 pays for a pack of resources, including things such as memory boxes.
