========================================================

The covid-19 pandemic has had a significant on many of Maidenhead and Windsor's charitable and voluntary sector organisations. Some have experienced overwhelming increases in the demand for their support and services. Some have needed to develop new service delivery approaches. Others have had to reduce services or simply stop their service delivery. Common to all however is the serious financial impact they are experiencing due to loss of fundraising income or increased demand for services. The reality is that many local charities will struggle to survive or maintain the provision of services without additional financial support.The Magpies 150 Challenge will raise funding for 15 local charities. All provide vital services and activities for the benefit of people living in Maidenhead, Windsor and the surrounding areas and are in desperate need of additional funding support. All funding raised will be split equally between the 15 charities.
