Gem Bassett, Candace Dobson, Ryan Grieve, Karen Hutchings & Cathie Stoves are taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon.  I am sure if you are reading this and you know any of us, or all of us, your thoughts will range from "Erm, really?" to  "Oh a walk in the park!"  so we have varying abilities to say the least, but we will do this and for a cause we believe in, some fast, some a little slower, but we will do it!
