Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided to take part in a tandem skydive, the day after my 30th birthday(!), to raise money for LOROS. On May 4th 2013, my dad died of liver cancer. A horrible illness that took him quickly and painfully away from me, my mum and my sister.

We were very lucky to have LOROS; an incredible hospice that took excellent care of my dad (and us). Because of them we were able to spend that last week with him in peace. It's a magical place full of love and compassion, and I am full of admiration for the work they do.

Whilst LOROS gets some money from the NHS, they require an additional £5m each year to fund their services, so all donations really count.

Even if one day we cure cancer completely, we're still all going to die. Hospices are vital to our communities and need all the help they can get.

Anything you can donate, however big or small, will go such a long way in helping LOROS, and in honouring my dad's memory.

Thank you for your support.
