Thank you all, who have been supporting me for the last few years. Without your tremendous support, I could not have achieved so much.

This will be my 5th Marathon! And may be my last now. 

It is important this year as Croydon has been made a HEART TOWN. - An exciting scheme where the entire community comes together to beat heart disease. This involves BHF, Croydon Council, NHS, and all of us.

This year, the Mayor's chosen charity is also BHF.

I am excited because my aim is to get involved a lot in this worthwhile scheme.

As 5 people in my family have been affected, that is another reason for me to do this.

I will have to train extra hard as I have just been awarded a place now, end of January, missing out on valuable training time.
