On the 31st August 2019, my daughter, brother and I will be participating in the "Glow in the Park" 5km event at Kempton Park. We will be raising money for Kingston Hospital Haematology Day Unit department.

We have chosen this charity because in 2017 my father was diagnosed with a Lymphoma. We are eternally grateful to the outstanding doctors and nurses who cared for him at that time. We can't thank them enough for their kindness, dedication and support and if it wasn't for them my dad wouldn't be here today. 

Our target is to raise £1000, which will help towards funding a transfer bed for immobile patients can be weighed with dignity.
