Story
Since its inception in 2015, Media Fight Night has raised over £1m for various charities and beneficiaries.
For our 2022 event, the Media Fight Night team have selected 15 final participants who will be taking part on Thursday, November 3rd.
Jay Bhatt (Guerillascope), Harry Simpson (MMM Media), Paddy Kelly (ITV), Keiron Batchelor (Dentsu), Jade Behr (Amazon), Laura Learmouth (Active International), Francesca Noto-Roberts (News UK), Chris Kemple (WB Discovery), Tom McGee (WB Discovery), Billy Jenner (Ocean OOH), Fabio Santoro (Infinitum), Will Bartholomew (LadBible), Tim Gardner (Reddit), Caroline Selby (MGOMD), Jeanette Walker (The Independent).
As last year, MFN will be raising money for a charity close to our hearts, Off the Ropes.
Off The Ropes aims to improve the physical and mental health of children and adults under mental health services or at risk of being referred to primary or secondary health services in London and Kent.
Qualified boxing and health professionals engage with individuals and focus on improving participants' mental health symptoms using a fully integrated approach which tackles personal and social issues.
In the South East and Kent, 14.8% of people aged 16-74 suffer from mental health disorders. There's an increasing awareness of the growing number of children and young people who identify with mental health and emotional problems in school.
The OTR team would like to expand their programme into more hospitals and schools and create a community hub where people can come and train, feel safe and get the support they need.
Media Fight Night is committed to facilitating and supporting this ambition.
Our boxers want to help, but they need you to support them. Every penny raised makes a huge difference, so please support our joint efforts.
Thank you
