Story

In June 2019, an 11-strong squad from Mishcon de Reya's Employment and Immigration teams are undertaking the.....Three Peaks Challenge

This involves climbing the 3 highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales in under 24 hours, irrespective of the weather conditions...

The team will start the challenge on 8 June 2019 and hope to finish within 24 hours (see itinerary below). The total walking distance is 37km, with a total ascent of 3064m.

To summit up, its going to be epic.

The itinerary is (*gulp*):

  • Saturday 11:30: Start Ben Nevis ascent (5 hours to complete)
  • Saturday 16:30: Drive to Scafell Pike (6 hour drive)
  • Saturday 22:30: Start Scafell Pike ascent (4 hours to complete in the dark)
  • Sunday 2:30: Drive to Snowdon (5 hour drive)
  • Sunday 7:30: Start Snowdon ascent (5 hours to complete)
  • Sunday 11:30: Finish Snowdon - Challenge complete!

We are doing this in aid of our nominated charity for 2019; the Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome Trust, which supports children and families affected by Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome, which is a rare genetic condition. If you would like to find out more about the charity, please visit: http://whs4pminus.co.uk/

Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance from us all,

Martha, Greg, Emily, Camilla, Dom, Matt R, Matt W, Caroline, Claire, Naaman and Neil
