Rapha Manchester to London 2016 · 4 September 2016

We provide services and raise awareness to support autistic young people.

Story

On the first weekend of September at 6am I will be setting off on a 220 mile adventure cycling from Manchester down the length of the country to the Olympic velodrome in London. I’m doing this huge challenge in support of the charity Ambitious About Autism to raise funds and increase awareness of the challenges faced everyday by people with autism and their families.

In the UK autism affects 1 in every 100 people so the work undertaken by Ambitious About Autism is crucial to providing care and education for people affected with this lifelong condition.

The day in numbers:

220 miles, 14 hours cycling, 12,000 calories of energy, £750 raised for Ambitious about Autism, 2 wheels and 1 bike.

Thank you
