Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

I'm taking part in Ride London 100 again. This year I'll be raising money and awareness for the MS Society. It's 100 miles or 160km for you digital people out there!

I have chosen this charity as many of you will know my father was diagnosed with MS nearly 20 years ago and with the continued research and development during that time the onset of the illness has been suppressed massively.

In addition to cycling the 100 miles of the Ride London course I'll also be taking part in Velothon Wales on Sunday 14th June 2015. Only 120km (80m) for that one but it's all hills, hills, hills including the infamous Tumble. So why not sponsor me, it's double the pain for your generosity :-)
