Story

Team McLaughlin et al are ready to go Off the Beatson Track once more in loving memory of our Dad, Brian McLaughlin.
For the 9th year in a row, our team, made up of his Children, sons & daughters in law, grandchildren, nieces & nephews & extended family and friends , are aiming to raise much needed funds for the Beatson Cancer Charity.

We continue to support and give back as much as we can to repay the care, support and genuine kindness paid to us and our dad while he was being treated for lung cancer, giving us more time with him. To us, there is no amount that can repay this.

At some point in our lives Cancer impacts each and everyone of us in some way. Ans so we rely on the care of charities like the Beatson to help us through those dark days. Our dads journey may be over but it’s not for others.

The Beatson Cancer Charity exists to enhance the lives of patients living with cancer across the West of Scotland.

They rely on voluntary donations to allow them to invest in services, staff, research, and education to provide a better future for those affected by cancer.

Let's make this year's Off The Beatson Track the biggest and brightest yet.

Thank you for being with us
