We give our patients outstanding care to help them make the best of every moment

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

On October 15th 2006 I will be attempting to summit Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route. This is approximately 70 km long and climbs up to nearly 5900m, over a period of 7 days. It is a challenge which tests ones ability, both physically and mentally and in readiness I have even been avoiding beer for the last month, which in itself has proved a significant task !

As a member of the Trust George fundraising committee we have committed to raising £60,000 by the end of October 2007 for The Trinity Hospice in Clapham.

Trinity Hospice cares for people with advanced illnesses within their homes or at the hospice. Trinity supports them in living every moment and achieving the best possible quality of life.

Trinity is planning a fundraising campaign to raise £6 million by the end of 2007 for the re-build of St Michaels Ward, whilst still having to raise over £4.6 million to cover the annual running costs of the hospice.

In light of this I would therefore like to ask you to sponsor me for Trinity. For the sake of clarity I am self funding this trip so all money goes direct to Trinity.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Trinity Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
