Story
Despite my rather moronic shoulder injury (self induced), we did our best on the Urbathon, and made it to the end in just under 58 minutes. For those curious enough to go checking, the timings suggest I beat Ailsa by 1 second. in reality (and she didn't ask me to say this) she dragged me around the course and I tricked her with 100m to go to steal a drop on her for a glorious (if underhand) sprint finish.
We'd both like to thank you for your very generous contributions towards this very worthwhile cause.
cheers
Iain

Ailsa and I have entered the CHSS Urbathon to raise funds for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland, and would appreciate any contribution you can make no matter how small. I feel we have a close association with this charity on 2 fronts. firstly, they are Scottish and so are we - what a coincidence, and secondly, given Murray's hole-in-the-heart it is particularly appropriate that we support charities working in this field.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Many thanks for your contributions or just kind words of support,
Iain & Ailsa
