A few months ago we joined the Redway Runners beginner course and could hardly run a minute!

Now, we have achieved our first ever 5k at Parkrun and want to push ourselves to the next level! And what better way to do it than for an incredible charity that shouldn't really need to exist in the first place.

And thanks to our fabulous CSR programme at work we get some our donations matched! Everybody wins.
