I am excited (and scared) to take part in this iconic event that has been on my bucket list for years. I'm running for a small charity called Task Brasil, which supports abandoned street kids in Brazil. Task Brasil was founded in 1992 in response to the plight of Brazilian street children who lead uncertain and risky lives on the margins of society, poorly fed, ill educated and vulnerable to drug use, crime, violent abuse and death.
