As some of you may know, my old housemate and university friend Fin took his own life in 2021, and it struck me how much of a mental health crisis there is affecting young people today, especially young men. 

I always wanted to run a half marathon for a cause close to my heart, and this is as good a reason as any! Please donate as little or as much as you can - every little helps!
