I will be running on behalf of Hope for the Young, a charity close to my heart. Hope for the young is an amazing charity that supports young refugees and asylum-seekers in the UK. They run a Mentoring Project that matches young refugees with volunteer mentors who provide tailored one-to-one support to help them access education and rebuild their lives. Throughout the pandemic they've also been distributing essential supplies such as food, medication, warm clothing and mobile data to ensure those facing destitution are kept safe and can stay connected to vital services.
