Story

This year I am running the London Marathon to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation. Those of you who know me well know that I am not a natural born runner, and that this is more of a lockdown hobby that got out of hand. It is going to be a very tough ask, but it is all for a great cause!

The Mental Health Foundation is the UKs charity for everyones mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
