Max and Katie will be running 400 miles (200 miles each) over the course of May (31 days) to support the Body & Soul community. 

They have been devastated by the impact of Covid-19. We are asking for your support to help us #ShareTheLove with our community and with those most affected by the pandemic.

Your support will help them to:

*** Deliver therapeutic services remotely, providing essential restorative support over the phone, by text, post, email and Zoom.

*** Expand Body & Soul Care Couriers to deliver food and medication to our members who are unwell and alone.

*** Provide crisis counselling for NHS staff, offering those on the frontline a chance to be validated and heard.

*** Deliver weekly livestream sessions for young people struggling to manage emotional distress during this crisis.

*** Share content on our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts, offering yoga, cooking tips, emotional regulation skills and more to keep our members connected, safe and well.
