We support people in Scotland to rebuild their lives

Story

Max’s wrist was broken on the first day of football camp whilst saving a goal. This has put football and other sports off limits for 4 weeks, the majority of his summer holidays.

A friend suggested a sponsored walk round the block to keep our energetic boy from bouncing off the walls. Max decided he’ll walk 5km a day until his wrist is fully healed.

He chose Chest, Heart, Stroke Scotland because his Nannie suffered from Pulmonary Fibrosis, his grandad suffered from heart failure and COPD and our friend and neighbour has been supported by this charity since suffering a stroke in 2019.
