Hi All,

Myself and my good friend Cas will be competing in the London Docklands AJ Bell Olympic Distance Triathlon on 22July (1500m swim, 40k bike and 10k run).

We're now at the business end of our training, so with a month to go we need to start raising money for the incredibly unfortunate victims of the recent Grenfell tragedy. 

I'm sure you all get many of these requests all the time, but any donations will be massively appreciated, so please dig deep and donate to a massively worthy cause.
