Story
Join me as I support my local Child Advocacy Center (CAC). I am participating in Beards for Bucks because it is a fun and exciting fundraiser allowing law enforcement officers to grow facial hair for the month of October.
I depend on the generosity of the community. It is a fun and easy way to support law enforcement and your local CAC!
Helping child victims of physical and sexual abuse and their families requires an approach that addresses the physical, emotional and legal dimensions of abuse. It requires a coordinated victim centered response from expert professionals to reduce stress throughout the investigation and intervention process. Our local CAC works in partnership with the necessary agencies and specialists to coordinate a plan of action to provide high-quality, specialized services for abused children and their families to heal, survive and thrive.
