Hello! Well... despite my better judgement (and knees) I am doing it again! Yes lovely sponsors, I am running again in the London 10k 2009 on 12th July for Prostate Cancer Research Foundation.

Prostate cancer kills one man every hour in the UK alone, pretty similar to breast cancer, but recieves a fraction of the funding.
I think we need to help the boys out don't you?
