Hi everyone,
I've been thinking for a while to go up a level from my 10k running to a Half Marathon (13.1 miles, gulp!).  I decided the other night I'm gonna do this now for Ron, my partner's Dad and I have adopted him as mine. Ron is living with Dementia. It's a horrible disease and it is cruelly taking away a very special, loving, clever man - a husband, a Dad, Pops and Great Pops. Ron's memory is fading but he will never fade from mine. Please sponsor me and Ron and help save others in the future from this wicked disease.
