This March, we will embark on a voyage around the world for our wellbeing and to fundraise for Mental Health UK. 

Our goal is to virtually cover the 40,075 kilometres around the world using any and all activity which contributes to a healthy mind and body. All physical movement – walking, running, cycling - as well as mindful activities like meditation, reading, singing counts towards our journey around the world. All activity will be converted to “steps equivalent” – and there are 53 million of those we need to get around the world by the end of March.

This is going to be an enormous challenge and we would love your support. Whatever donation you can make will help us reach our target, and will help communities recover from the mental health crisis caused by the pandemic. 

The funds we raise will go to Mental Health UK’s Helping Communities Recover programme, evolving and restoring key mental health community projects all across the UK that, at their core, will give people the tools they need to live their best possible lives.
