A few of us are aiming to cover 600km in March with the aim of generating donations to aid Mental Health UK.

In todays world mental health affects people in lots of different ways. The lockdowns and pandemic have had a profound impact on individuals who may already be struggling, and for others it has caused new struggles for them to overcome. At the same time charities have suffered operationally impacting their ability to help those in need. So we are aiming to help the charity a little and raise some funds, getting fit in the process and giving us some dedicated time to think and escape whilst watching the kms go by.
