For a second time (and back for more punishment) I'm joining the Football to Amsterdam 2017 cycle ride - an organised ride all in aid of raising money for Prostate Cancer UK. We will be cycling 235km over 2 days from the velodrome in London's Olympic park all the way to Amsterdam.

In the UK about 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer at some point in their lives and it is the most common cancer in men. Donations help fund ground breaking research and provide support for those suffering from Prostate Cancer.
