This Winter, I am taking on the 6.5 Challenge for the 6.5 million unpaid carers across the UK. Carers provide essential support to family and friends and are so often invisible to others. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have devastating impact on unpaid carers across the UK. After months of caring round, the clock, without any outside support from family or care and support services, many are at the point of burn out - and now more than ever they need our help. By taking on the 6.5 Challenge I am helping Carers UK to be there to support unpaid carers when they need it most. Please support me with my challenge!
