On behalf of our family my Dad, sister, brother and I are running the Chester half marathon in support of Claire House Children's Hospice.

During pregnancy my sister and her husband were told that their baby had Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome. This refers to the underdevelopment of the right structures of the heart. At 32 weeks they were advised to have a termination.

Adam, an absolute superstar, was born in November 2013 and has defied the odds. The support that Joanne, Adrian, Ava and Adam have received as well as the whole family from Claire House has been amazing.
