After having missed the 1st, I was lucky to be selected to participate in the 2nd Reckitt Benckiser Global Challenge and so I will face it from 29 May - 9 June 2009.

We will trek in the Ladakh region of the Himalayas in Northern India. The Global Challenge will conclude with us visiting some of Save the Children's vital work in the Ladakh region. This is an exciting, once in a lifetime opportunity and a true challenge as we will all be trekking at high altitudes and under extreme weather conditions.

Being a father of two kids, I am convinced that children are our future and that we have the obligation to protect and to respect them in any way.

Raising funds for Save the Children is a good way to make the necessary contribution. We at Reckitt Benckiser have already achieved so much for the charity, but we can alway do more and go the extra mile. I am very proud to be a part of that and following the good & old Reckitt Benckiser tradition...we will aim high and then deliver!

So please sponsor me and help to save and improve the lives of those children who are most vulnerable and most in need.
