Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Last year, my friend Guy Bishop was diagnosed with brain
cancer. Despite his amazing 'go-get-it' attitude throughout his treatment, he tragically passed away in February 2014 at the age of 22.
A group of us have decided to show our appreciation to Clic Sargent; a charity that gave so much help and support to Guy throughout his illness. To show our appreciation we are:
1. throwing ourselves out of a plane at 10,000 feet reaching speeds of 120mph on the 19th July, which I'm sure won't be terrifying at all! But don't worry, we will have parachutes attached to us.
2. The 12 mile army assault course, Tough Mudder. Unfortunately, I am unable to cross the finishing line of Tough Mudder with my peers due to a knee injury which makes it difficult to train. Therefore, I have decided to train for the 3 day 300km London to Paris Cycle Challenge which I'll complete 2-4th May 2015.
Please help me raise money to celebrate the life of Guy, and to show our appreciation and help others being supported by Clic Sargent.
THANK YOU. X
