Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

Having not run properly for years I have been lucky enough to be accepted into this years London Marathon and while I'm very excited about running I am not looking forward to dragging myself around the 26 miles. So to inspire me I have carefully chosen a charity to support that will really make a difference.

I am running for Lets Play! Project who are a small charity in Banbury. Why them? Well in the past I have done things for large organisations and charities and I feel the donations don't have the same effect as it would for a local group.  One of my friends has two autisic children and I admire the huge effort and patience they have in bringing them up. They go to Let's Play Project  to help them develop and have some vauable time with others in simiar positions.

This group would benefit so much from any money we can raise together. PLEASE be generous, I know I normally ask that but this time it will help so much and make such a huge difference. It's not easy for me to run, but knowing how much we have raised through your support will be a big incentive.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Let's Play Project gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thank you!
