Story
On September the 7th 2008 Marek and I will be tackling the UK Ironman in Sherborne for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Along with 1500 entrants we'll hopefully be swimming 2.4miles, cycling 112miles and then running (possibly crawling) a full marathon (26.2miles) in one go. Its likely to kill us but your donation no matter how small will get us through it and go towards helping a very worthy cause. Cystic Fibrosis affects 8,000 people in the UK and is the most common life threatening inherited disease. http://www.cftrust.org.uk/
Our goal is to get round but if we can do it in less than 12 hours we'll be very pleased. We appreciate there are lots of charitable demands on your cash but even the smallest donations will get us to the finish. Please give what you can and thanks for your support.

Donating through Justgiving is the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cystic Fibrosis Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
