Story

On Friday 17th June I, along with my sons and several mates, will be taking part in a 24 hour darts marathon at the Victoria Hotel in Allerton Bywater,  I will have an involvement in every game played in the 24 hours.

This is in memory of my son, Matthew Hollingworth, who passed away on 16th February 2022, at the age of 22, from osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer.

Matthew and I had planned to do this fund raising together as a thank you to the BCT, however, along with Matthews brothers, Daniel and Jonathan and my great mates Neil, Paul, Dave, Matt, Simon, Norm and Mark we will compete this in his memory.

Any donation will be appreciated and will greatly help the BCT to find a cure for this disease and to also raise awareness to the symptoms surrounding osteosarcoma, as early detection can greatly increase the changes of success.

Matthew's story can be red on the attached link.

Anybody who would like to come and join in and hopefully play myself or the professional we will have attending pop along to the Victoria from 4pm 17/06/2022 to 4pm 18/06/2022 and throw some money in the bucket for a game.

Thank you
