I am undertaking the Ride London Event which is a 100mile ride on closed roads around London and the Surrey Hills. I am riding this in aid of The Nehemiah Project which provides a home and support for men with a history of addiction and to help change their lives. Their residential programme is abstinence-based and provides structure and a supportive environment in which men can address the root causes for their addiction, learning to make informed choices about their lives. The Nehemiah is a charity that Gleeds support.
