My wife, Chandra, and I married in 1996 and have been blessed with 11 amazing children. My kids are active, silly and growing into great teenagers and adults. My love for my family is what drives me in both my personal and professional lives.  

As a doctor and Executive Vice President at Jordan Valley Community Health Center, I too often see the results of child abuse in adults and children alike. Child abuse is a trauma that can last well  beyond the immediate physical wounds and affect individuals for the rest of their life. 

I am proud to serve as the Medical Director for the Child Advocacy Center in Springfield, MO. The Child Advocacy Center provides services such as Child at Risk Exams, Sexual Assault Forensic Exams and Forensic Interviews. These services allow a child the chance to tell their story. The average cost for providing services for one child  through the Child Advocacy Center is $1,000. 

On April 23rd or 24th I plan to go "Over the Edge" for the Child Advocacy Center.  Will you consider making a donation?  With your help, we can continue to provide our critical services to the vulnerable children in our community.
