I’m walking in the March for Men charity walk in Birmingham on Saturday 11th June. 

Two people very close and dear to me have been diagnosed with Prostate cancer, that affects 1 in 8 of us men.  

My brother in law who has fortunately been getting regularly tested for the last few years has been diagnosed recently but it looks like they have caught it early and the prognosis looks good , OVER 50, GET TESTED GENTLEMAN 

One of my close friends unfortunately didn’t see the signs until quite late on and has been diagnosed with prostate cancer but by the time he found out it had spread to his bones and it’s now terminal, Treatment will hopefully keep it at bay for a while but he can’t be cured. OVER 50, GET TESTED GENTLEMAN 

I’m walking for the men I know, who have been affected by this, and for the men I don’t but also for the men that can book that appointment, now, not next week or next month but NOW..
