Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving Page.

I am running the Brighton Marathon on 19 April 2020 for the brilliant HeadsOn charity who help people with mental health problems to feel supported, to stay active and to be more involved in their communities.

In particular I am running for the Dementia Research unit in Crowborough,  the team do a fantastic job improving the treatment for Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia by carrying out world-class clinical trials. I work in the research department and witness first-hand the fantastic work that the team does.

The money raised will be used to make the waiting room/lounge  more people-friendly by purchasing furnishings and other items.

Thanks for taking the time to read and it please make a donation if you can.
