I decided it was time to do something worthwhile with my time and make an effort to raise a bit of money for charity along the way. My inspirations are my friends, but in particular Ian Bolton who spends lots of his time raising money for the Rainbows charity. Ian himself will know that the task in hand is by no means simple.

At 7am on 23rd August I gave up Alcohol and Sex for a planned 40 days and 40 nights, anyone that knows me - will be aware that this will not be a simple task.

The rules are simple - No Beer, WIne, Spirits, any other type of alcohol and No Sex for 40 days and 40 nights - so until 7am on the Saturday 2nd October 2010
