I first heard of Derian House as it's the main charity my company supports, but having learned more about them I feel I needed to do more. They are a hospice for children and young people and really do good work. I don't have the emotional capacity to even think about what the children, their families, and even the staff must go through on a daily basis without breaking down and shedding a tear but these people aren't just taking 30 seconds out of their day to feel bad about it, they're living it, everyday. And if we can help in just some small way then we absolutely should.

I normally don't like to complete my runs for charity as it's adds an extra level of pressure I'm not comfortable with, but in this case, how could I not?

So please dig deep and support me on my longest ever run which will be running the length of Hadrian's Wall, from Carlisle to Newcastle on June 18/19th 2022. The distance is approximately 112km which if you convert it into miles is still a stupidly long distance.
