In the UK, about 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer at some point in their lives.

Men aged 50 or over,  men with a family history of prostate cancer and black men are more at risk of getting prostate cancer.

Myself and Loz’s aim is to raise vital funds to help more men survive prostate cancer and enjoy a better quality of life. And also to raise awareness of the stigma attached to getting yourself checked.

We aim to be cycling from Whitehaven, Cumbria to South Sheilds.
