Im running the Bristol 10k to raise money for St Peters Hospice who helped look after my dad and make his last few hours as painless and dignified as possible. They do great work in helping people with terminal cancer, other serious lifelong illnesses, and their families. For my dad they supplied a bed for him at our house to make him comfortable and a full time nurse who stayed in the house untill he died.

They also made it possible for him to die at home which is what he would have wanted and it helped to take some of the stress off everyone in what was a bad time as they were there every second to help look after him.

It costs about 18k a day for St Peters to do the work they do so obviously they rely heavily on donations so any help towards this good cause would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou for all your donations.
