Participants: Belle Linda, Matt & Charlie
Team 7302 will cycle, run or walk at least the distance between UK and Malawi - 7302 miles - in 1 month. All to support children in Malawi through The Mlambe Project.

Story

We went to Malawi last summer to see the first school built and to meet the incredibly grateful community. It was a very touching experience and as a result, we decided to become involved with the Mlambe Project ourselves.

We were hoping to return this summer and the plan was for our daughter Belle and a friend to donate 3 weeks each of their time to the school and local charities. Unfortunately Covid has put this on hold so we're very pleased we can help through this challenge instead.

Our target as a family is to reach 500 miles and £500 to support the Mlambe Project. The funds are desperately needed to support the COVID nursery feeding response, help secure the right to quality education for 1000 marginalized children in rural Malawi through the Doubling Schools project and support the charity through the difficult COVID times ahead.

The overall challenge for all participants is to cycle, run or walk at least the distance between UK and Malawi - 7302 miles - in the month of June. Please help us reach the target by kindly contributing what you can to this worthy cause.
