I am taking part in this event to raise money for Autism Plus, a Sheffield based charity, which provides services to adults and children with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities and mental health difficulties.

Person Centred Planning underpins all of their work and the charity aim to support people so that they can reach their full potential and live as independently as possible. They provide Residential and Supported Living, Adult Learning, Domiciliary Care, Day Service Provision, Respite and Community Support.

 

I will be extremely grateful for any help to raise funds for this fantastic organisation.
