On the October 10th I will be leaving for a Raleigh International expedition to Costa Rica and Nicaragua and need to raise £1000 as part of the challenge.

Whilst away, I will be participating in community and environmental projects such as building a school or community building and helping with the conservation of the area's wondeful biodiversity or in their national parks.

Raleigh, a registered charity, have been to many different coutries over the last 25 years and provide projects that are sustainable and needed. They also enable those with disadvantaged backgrounds from the UK and other countries to join the expeditions, giving everyone an equal opportunity to make a difference.
