I know I did this last year, but I'm going ask all of you again to donate just a little bit towards The Brain Tumour Charity (formerly Brain Tumour UK). This year I'm running both the Great North Run and the Robin Hood Half Marathon (Nottingham) in memory of my Grandma, Eileen McCormack.

For those of you that knew Eileen, you know the story and the huge hole that has been left in all of our lives. So if you can spare the change, please give a little towards the great support and research The Brain Tumour Charity does so that we can improve the lives of others in the future.
