I entered Tough Mudder at the start of the year and chose to support SSAFA, a forces charity that has helped my family and many of those close to me in the forces (and their families) in desperate times of need. They have been going since 1885 and are humble and go about their business in such a befitting way and always helpful.

After the events in Woolwich on Wednesday 22nd May '13, where Drummer Lee Rigby at the young age of 25 was slain by terrorists, leaving behind a 2 year old son and a loving wife, I feel duty bound to step up my efforts and dedicate my Tough Mudder campaign to Drummer Rigby as well as those who also have lost their lives in our services.

It is incredible this can happen on our streets, so I wish to raise awareness and support for our services, home and over seas to continue SSAFA's good work. I know charities like this one will be fully behind Drummer Rigbys family and support them.
