I will be running 'THE BRIGHTON MARATHON' in April. For a local charity based in Worthing called The Ashdown Centre- part of Guild Care.

The Ashdown centre offers respite for parents and caters from the age of 5 to 30 within the local area of whom have additional needs.
This can be from Autism to more complex needs such as Cerebral Palsy.
The money raised will be going towards fun & stimulating activities for the young people in a safe/ controlled environment.
