Story
Some of you will remember the Klein/Keen combo taking on the Karoo in South Africa - well that was 7 years ago and now we are back pedalling!
Same charity, Regain:- who raise funds to support people paralysed in sporting accidents, a charity particularly close to Richard's heart because his father-in-law fell off his horse in 1995 and broke his neck at “C1” whilst team chasing in Northants. This time we are heading to Rajasthan in Northern India for a gruelling challenge taking us over 400 kilometres of rough and hilly terrain. As if that isn't enough of a challenge, we will be amongst 30 able bodied cyclists (yes I put us in that category - rightly or wrongly) assisting 4 hand cyclists who will need to be towed up hills and over particularly rough tracks. Fortunately technology has moved along dramatically in the last seven years and this time around we won't just be tying a series of inner-tubes to our own bikes to tow the hand cyclists up 1 in 4 hills.....oh, actually that is exactly what we will be doing.... again!!
